Job Description

• Collaborating with other department leaders to define, execute project management, coordinate, prioritize, and develop special projects.
• Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
• Responsible in resolving any dispute between any third-party; subcontractors, clients.
• Lead and managing risk and issue across complex projects.
• Ensure accurate and appropriate responses to disputes.
• Actively manage risk and opportunity mitigation actions and burndown.
• Validate appropriate data from internal and third-parties and ensure appropriate course of action is being pursued.
• Ensure all disputes are reported promptly and accurately with sufficient detail by working with the relevant Heads.
• Work with legal team to cross check on any regulations that will impact the company.
• Ensure all queries from third-parties are responded promptly or within given time frame.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project output.
• Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team analyses results and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety codes.
• Monitor construction project to ensure that procedures, material and equipment comply with approved project plans, specifications and samples, owner standard and quality.
• Develop a cost-effective plan and detailed work scheduled for completion of special projects following logical pattern for utilization of resources.
• Ad hoc assignments assigned.

Job Description

• In charge of project execution on site includes of monitoring of project progress, coordination with subcontractors and workers, quality control, and etc.
• Provide technical support to project team during the implementation and delivery phase.
• Support Manager with project establishment and closeout.
• Responsible to report daily activities, planning, and project monitoring site work progress.
• Able to coordinate with client, contractor, consultant and authorities.
• To feedback & update the progress to management from time to time.
• Work closely with Sales and Engineering to offer best solution for each project
• Work with utility companies on project coordination.
• Work with internal Operations team throughout project development and implementation.
• Communicate with vendors and subcontractors throughout project development and implementation.
• Assist our Performance Assurance group with system performance monitoring.
• Visit job sites for project development, installation progress, punch-outs, etc.
• Attend client meetings and presentations throughout project cycle, if necessary.

Job Requirements

• Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in designing & engineering of Solar PV projects.
• Possesses off Grid-Connected Photovoltaic (GCPV) and / or Off-Grid Photovoltaic (OGPV) certification will be an added advantage.
• Experience in designing & engineering of utility scale Solar PV systems will be an added advantage.
• Experience in managing solar PV project execution will be an added advantage.
• Experience in preparing design related design and simulation Software & Tools: AUTOCAD, Helios, PVsyst or equivalent.
• Experience in preparing project management documentation.
• Proactive, good interpersonal skills and team player.

Requirements:

• Run roadshow/expo and carry out sales activities to acquire leads
• Develop sales strategies and negotiate product sales directly with customers
• Assess customer’s requirements and propose the best suitable solution
• Provide market intelligence to the Sales and Marketing team
• Establish and grow business relationships with key decision makers, identifying and developing strong relationships, and appropriately utilizing influencers and advocates
• Prepare initial sales proposal to client
• Request financing quotes from financing partners
• Deliver monthly and quarterly KPIs (deals and sales)
• Daily update to HOD on sales activities and keep CRM database up-to-date
• Cultivate consistent email communication for customers
• Tract project key milestones and manage progress claims
• Provide support to other projects as needed
